Introducing Britt by Britt
I recently met Britt Bolton on a photo shoot set. She was the model talent that day and I was immediately intrigued by the beautiful jewelry she was wearing. After further getting to know her, I learned that not only was she a gorgeous model, but she was also an amazing jewelry designer. What drew me to the pieces was the materials that she used. Her designs were a interesting combination of bullets, crystal, and spikes. They had an edgy, tough feel to them but they were also very pretty. I loved them so much I asked Britt to give The Style Worshipers an exclusive interview and she agreed! Scroll down to read the interview.
TSW: Tell us where you are from. Where did you grow up?
Britt: I grew up Sun Valley, Idaho but I'm currently NYC based.
TSW: How long have you been designing jewelry?
Britt: I've been designing jewelry for about 3 years
TSW: What is your inspiration for your line?
Britt: Inspiration comes from nature, wildlife, a bit Navajo, a bit western, ritual and sacrificial ceremony art and objects always interest me, fashion, NYC, Stevie Nicks (The Gothic Angel), music anywhere from the Grateful Dead to Nirvana, to Iron Maiden.
TSW: What materials do you use in your collection?
Britt: Materials I use are rare and raw crystals and stones, handmade silver and brass beads, amazing flea market finds I've collected over the years, and some recycled bullet casings from all my rowdy friends back home.
TSW: Where can your people purchase your pieces?
The Style Worshipers are LOVING the Britt by Britt jewelry collection!
