We happily accept return requests for non-custom items for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. No cash refunds. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
If an item arrives damaged, please take photos and email britt@brittbolton.com within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Sizing fees: Ring resizing $20/piece + shipping. Bracelet resizing $10 + shipping. Chain length changes: customer pays the difference for new chain + shipping.
To initiate a return, email britt@brittbolton.com first — items mailed without initiating a return may not be accepted. Include your name, order number, and details inside the package.
