Five Sun Pearl Necklace

Elegant freshwater rice pearls (5–6mm) are paired with five Sun pendants, cast in sterling silver and set with 9mm Blue Topaz gemstones.

Each size includes a 1.5” adjustable chain extender. If you prefer your necklace without an extender, just let us know in the shipping details at checkout.

HOW IT’S MADE

The Sun pendant began as a piece of wax, carved entirely by hand around this exact 9mm Blue Topaz stone. We handpicked a small collection of these stones at our favorite annual gem show, knowing we wanted to build a piece specifically around them.

Once the original wax carving is complete, it travels to our casters in NYC’s Diamond District, where a mold is made from the original. This allows us to cast the pendant in small quantities in sterling silver or solid gold using the traditional lost-wax casting process. Each casting retains the subtle character of the original hand-carved piece, making every pendant slightly unique.

The raw castings then return to our Brooklyn workshop, where we trim, file, buff and polish every surface by hand. The Blue Topaz is set, and each pendant is drilled at the top so it can be strung like a bead.

Then we do it four more times.

Five finished Sun pendants are paired with a strand of freshwater rice-shaped pearls and individually strung on professional beading cord. The necklace is finished with sterling silver hardware, hallmarked and signed, with every detail assembled by hand with extreme precision and care.

Returns

We happily accept return requests for non-custom items for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. No cash refunds. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

If an item arrives damaged, please take photos and email britt@brittbolton.com within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Sizing fees: Ring resizing $20/piece + shipping. Bracelet resizing $10 + shipping. Chain length changes: customer pays the difference for new chain + shipping.

Gorgeous statement ring

I have petite hands and was afraid it would be too large but it wasn’t. I have accumulated some scratches early on, but Britt’s policy is generous and allows lifetime fix for this if you pay for shipment, which is absolutely wonderful and fair.
