We don't like to plate our pieces of this large size because it doesn't last a lifetime, and we want u to have your BBJ pieces forever. Jewelers Brass can always be polished and cleaned to look brand new again, plated jewelry eventually dies one day and it cannot be brought back to life. Available in solid Gold, and we will Plate the necklace in gold(even though we do not recommend) if you request by inquiring w our customer service.
